Freeze You Up! Recipes

Chilli Lime & Garlic SMALLER

Our recipes are quick to cook in large quantities as they use prepared frozen vegetables, herbs and spices. These have been proven to retain more nutrients than ambient ingredients that can sit on the shelves for up to two weeks. Our recipes are all around 500 calories per portion so you’ll be eating family friendly meals based on a healthy mix of protein and carbohydrates, including lean protein, vegetables, dairy and pulses. With our recipes you can manage your own weight and your family’s health, without having to think about it.

If you have ‘fussy little eaters’ then rest assured, our menu is based on our own experience of being busy working mums with kids who know what they do and don’t like. Read our article here on how we helped our own children to eat a more varied diet and how we helped to get them used to the ‘one meal fits all’ approach. This alone will save you valuable time. There are some other handy links from investigative food journalist Joanna Blythman interviewed here.
